I was waiting for my DSL installation since 4 weeks, and today was my appointment (10/12/2018) but the technician did not show up. he called me at 11h40 (apointment between 8am and 11:59am) but did not say any word on the phone and then hangup. I took the day as vacation to be at home but this was not useful.
I had to ask for a new appointment and it is 18 days. Improfessional / imprecise / delays
